Member Store Credits

1. Usage Threshold: A minimum order value of $1000 NTD is required to use store credits.
2. Discount Cap: The maximum discount per order is 10% of the total amount. For example, on a $1000 order, the maximum discount is $100.
3. Usage Period: Redeem your credits within 30 days to 60 days. For special event vouchers, check the expiration date in your account.
4. Checking Vouchers: View vouchers in “My Account > Store Credits”.

Member Points Rules

1. Earning Points: Depending on the membership level, True Terral members can earn 1 point for every $1 NTD spent by logging in and making purchases.
2. Redeeming Points: Every 100 points can be redeemed for $1 NTD. You can use a maximum of 30% of the total order amount as a point discount. For instance, on a $1000 order, the maximum discount would be $300.
3. Point Expiry: Points earned this year will expire on December 31 of the following year.
4. Point Allocation: Points are automatically credited to your account 7 days after the order status changes to "Completed."
5. Checking Points: Check your points in "My Account > Membership Points."
6. Note: Register as a member before checking out. If you select "I want to become a member" during checkout, you won't earn points for that transaction.

Important Notes

1. Shopping vouchers and points are only usable on the True Terral website and cannot be used on other platforms or combined between accounts.
2. Birthday Shopping Voucher: Input your birthdate in your member details to receive the birthday voucher. Failure to do so before your birthday month will result in forfeiture.
3. Discounts from vouchers, point redemptions, and promotions are non-refundable if the order is refunded, returned, or canceled.
4. Membership Guidelines: True Terral reserves the right to modify, change activities, and cancel benefits. Stay informed via the official website for updates.
