If you have received a damaged item or wrong item, please upload a photo showing the damage or the wrong item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after receiving the item(s). Once your application is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your application approved, please make sure you send the damaged item to us within 7 days.
The item must be in the original packaging and must be unused.
The item must be return to us within 7 days.
Return/Exchange of General Product
- Product will resend to you within three days after we confirm the condition of your returned product.
- Shipping cost for the return product and exchange product needs to be covered by customer.
- For defective or damage products, Taiwan Nutrition will cover the cost.
- Exchange, return or refund is not acceptable for AS-IS product and Products in Special Promotion
Once your return is received, processed and inspected, your refund will be processed. There are 3 methods for us to deal with the refund:
The refund will be send to your member account. You may use them in the next shopping. It takes 5-10 minutes to progress.
The refund will transfer to the bank account that you have provided to us. It takes 10 working days to progress.
The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card within 10 working days.
